Captain Ozias, space marine captain with power fist and plasma pistol. Painted in the colors of the Scythes of the Emperor chapter.
Freehand details include the tilting shield, chapter icon on his left shoulder, and his name on the scroll on his right shoulder.
Spent some time on the glow effect for the plasma pistol, a technique I’m still refining.
